I Just Love Case Law and Precedent, Don't Ya'll ? Oh Tescher, Spallina, Ted Bernstein, Kimberly Moran, Alan B. Rose of Mrachek, Fitzgerald, Rose, Konopka & Dow, John J. Pankauski, and Mark Manceri AND the Gang.. I am rooting for ya, hope ya'll don't have to PAY Billions in fines and damages and then go to prison ta boot. I will PRAY for You to find redemption before this happens. Ya know PRAY, Confess your Sins, Come Clean, Stand up and to the Right Thing. Oh Nevermind, probably to late for that anyway.

Though Ted Bernstein will most likely face prison and pay lot's more then this, still a good case precedent I say. I mean, seriously, wasn't the Condo he SOLD for millions less than it was worth, more then this one.. oh anyway, I digress, take a look at this TEDDY Bear... and Co-Conspirators.

Your Come to Jesus Party Awaits.

"Randolph Lipton must pay siblings $3.5 million, jury rules

WEST PALM BEACH — The last time Randolph Lipton saw his elderly mother before she died, she was screaming at him. "You are vile. You are evil. You stole all my money."

This week, a Palm Beach County jury agreed the suburban Boca Raton man had stolen his parent's hard-earned money and wiped out his three siblings' inheritance.

After about two hours of deliberation, they agreed that Lipton, who owns a $1 million home in the tony St. Andrew's Country Club, had committed 10 civil offenses, including theft, fraud and breach of contract, and ordered him to pay his family $3.5 million in damages.

His reaction, his sister said, was: "So what?"

Lipton scoffed at his sister's claims.

Like many things surrounding the 11-day trial, he said his sister twisted the truth.

"The facts are I lost, but there's a lot more to it," he said, vowing to appeal.

The public airing of a vicious family feud took on a surreal tone as Lipton opted to represent himself.

He said he saw no reason to waste money on an attorney.

Attorney John Derrevere, who represented Lipton's brother and two sisters, said the result was sometimes painful, occasionally bizarre.

For instance, when Lipton testified in his own defense, he delivered a monologue that lasted for three hours over two days.

Monday's verdict was the culmination of years of acrimony, Derrevere said.

Until 2002, Lipton's younger siblings and his widowed mother thought Lipton wisely invested roughly $800,000 his parents socked away from their butcher shop in Teaneck, N.J., he said.

Instead, they discovered he lost much of it in risky investments. He transferred $500,000 he earned into a corporation controlled by his wife.

"It was excruciating," said Andrea Parkoff, a resident of suburban Boca Raton. "He was the big brother that we respected and loved. He pilfered my mother's money."

Lipton, 64, said he lost it when the stock market crashed after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.

He also argued that the money was a gift from his mother.

He presented documents he claimed proved it. A handwriting expert testified that the paperwork had been forged, Derrevere said.

One of the more poignant moments of the trial came when Derrevere played a video deposition taken of Rosalind Lipton in 2005, four years before she died at age 86."
